Yes, all basic features are available for free.

Which region's questions can I see?

Questions related to the region you registered will be displayed.
If you have only registered your country, you will see questions for that country only. If you have registered your country and prefecture, you will see questions for both. If you have registered your country, prefecture, and city, you will be able to answer questions for all three regions: country, prefecture, and city.

Who can answer and vote?

Only people whose registered residence matches the target region can add answers or vote.

• For a question about all of Japan, anyone registered in Japan can answer, even if they registered only the country.
• For a question about Kanagawa Ward, you must have registered Japan, Kanagawa Prefecture and Kanagawa Ward in Yokohama.

Each person has one vote per question. Adding a new answer also casts your vote for that answer.

After adding an answer or voting, you cannot add another answer or vote again on the same question.

You can view other regions’ questions by URL, but cannot answer or vote on them.

Can I use the service anonymously?

Questions can be viewed without signing in. Posting, answering and voting require a profile; your username, profile text and registered region are public.

Can I delete my posts?

Open a question you posted from your profile, then use Delete on its detail page. This hides the question and its answers from other users.
Note: You cannot edit posts. If you wish to make changes, please delete the original post and create a new one.

How long are questions shown in my history?

Your posted questions appear in your profile for one week after their deadline.
